We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
Due to a very exciting stage of growth and development, we’re now looking to recruit 2 Production Trainers. The Production Trainers will be responsible for the ongoing management and delivery of the production assembly operations training programme, covering product, equipment and process functions to achieve the manufacturing teams high level development, whilst ensuring the health and safety and wellbeing of our teams is up held to the expected standards. You will also be a part of the new myenergi training and development team creating new and exciting process and systems.
Be the first point of contact for all production training related queries.
Drive delivery LEAN training to production teams.
Work as a part of the wider team alongside Director of Production of to ensure training requirements are relevant and in line with agreed standards.
Complete training documentation for all production-based employees via management of the relevant training matrix's, to ensure audit ready status.
Previous experience in the development of LMS systems and team development strategy.
Provide support to Production team to ensure the effective running of the process function and/or production lines and associated systems/equipment, fulfilling the production plan requirements and always demonstrating an audit ready production environment.
Audit all monitoring systems required by the Company to ensure compliance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and identifying and implementing corrective actions.
Creation and maintenance of Technical SOPs and Training Resources.
Work as a key member of the Production and Training Team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Have previous experience within a fast-paced LEAN manufacturing environment.
At least 5 years experience developing training resources and SOPs to meet compliance and audit standards.
Be focused on driving performance within a team and maintaining excellent standards against Safety, Quality, People, Delivery and Cost.
Be an experienced Trainer who is passionate about building a highly skilled and motivated team around you.
Have the ability to develop good working relationships with other departments and all levels of management.
Excellent IT skills.
Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
Be comfortable working to KPIs.
