We are excited to be launching the myenergi academi; we are recruiting for a Training and Development apprentice. This is a work based apprenticeship with no day release requirements. The apprentice has the opportunity to include the Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice as an optional choice. The apprenticeship is 18 months long with 6 hours per week dedicated to the apprenticeship portfolio.
To provide relevant information to assist with the development, and engagement of, professional development activity on an ongoing basis.
To ensure all requests are effectively handled and responded to in a timely manner.
To support the Training and Development team with enquiries relating to all training activities.
To assist in the evaluation and analysis of participant feedback to facilitate with future learning and development needs and improvements.
To assist the Training and Development team in the planning and delivery of internal staff development activities and events.
To organise planning and catering requirements for training activities as and when required.
To effectively support the delivery of external events, including schools engagement activities.
To ensure effective and efficient control of information and data in line with GDPR requirements.
To work alongside the myenergi academi initiative to support the administration needs of all work based learning activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
5 GCSEs at 4 and above including Maths and English.
A passion for learning and the ability to present with confidence.
IT and administration skills with an eye for detail and organisation.
Experience with Microsoft systems.
An interest in the renewables sector.
