We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.

Due to a very exciting stage of growth and development, we’re now looking to recruit a HR Advisor.

As a HR Advisor, your main responsibility will be to support and offer advice to both employees and management ensuring high service standards are adopted and met through all aspects of HR within the business.

You will be involved in but not limited to employee relations, performance management and ensure HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.

You will support in the day to day people activity and ensure that the performance and output of individuals aligns with the business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities: 

To support managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including Employee Relations and Attendance Management.

Provide practical and logical solutions to solve problems/queries quickly to managers on all employment matters and work with them to resolve issues.

Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to according to the Employee Handbook.

Coach and support managers to develop their capability and confidence when dealing with various employee issues.

Ensure compliance and legislative changes are adhered to and keep up to date with employment law changes.

Maintain and develop working relationships with all stakeholders.

Utilise the HRIS by assessing, adding, changing information when and as required and spot any trends.

Support the HR Team/take lead where required with grievance and disciplinary processes and other processes where necessary.

Drive the business performance in relation to the organisations objectives.

Support the Head of HR with reporting and data analysis and key projects.

*This is a fast paced role in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and Experience: 

Have achieved or are working towards CIPD level 5 and previous demonstrable experience of working within a HR Advisor role.

Excellent communication skills.
