myenergi Ltd is a young, progressive, innovative and fast-growing company with its HQ born and based right here in Stallingborough, with subsidiaries based in Germany, Benelux, Northern Ireland, Australia and ambitions to open facilities right across the world. We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
Due to a very exciting stage of growth and development, we’re now looking to recruit a customer service agent to provide excellent customer service in a timely manner, via phone or email.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to emails from our customers within the required SLAs/KPIs.
Level 1 technical support; troubleshooting and basic technical queries.
Triage calls into the business and delegate as/when required.
Working in conjunction with colleagues across the business to resolve customer queries.
Meeting established goals for all metrics, including call and case quality, productivity and call handling KPIs,to enable us to provide the best customer experience.
Responding to inquiries via Zendesk ticket system.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Previous customer service experience (any industry sector).
Telephone experience is preferable.
This role will require technical experience/interest as you will be assisting with troubleshooting and basic technical queries.
You will have a natural passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to build rapport quickly with customers regardless of the platform.
You will have good listening skills and be intuitive to identify and react to how customers are feeling and be able to respond in a positive and engaging manner.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work to targets but ensure customer experience is your primary focus.
Ability to multi-task and use various systems whilst engaging with customers over the phone, on live chat or over email.
