We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
The appointed candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of products manufactured by and supplied to myenergi; resolving issues and ensuring high quality products are supplied to the shop floor and to the customer.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out process audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collecting and analysing data relating to production.
Identifying specific criteria for incoming inspection, coordinating material review and disposition.
Resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement relating to production processes.
Reporting on the quality of manufactured and supplied products.
Liaison, development and auditing of suppliers.
Generating data that will support the business regarding selection, approval and monitoring of suppliers and general maintenance of the Approved Vendor List.
Supporting the RMA process and analysing and reporting production quality data.
The role may include some travel.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Internal Auditor.
Experienced in Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Experience of creating and improving process documentation.
Experienced in reading drawings and technical documentation.
Experienced in production environment.
Electronics Experience an advantage.
Knowledge of IPC/J-STD an advantage.
