We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
We are recruiting for a Purchase / Sales Ledger Clerk who will be responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email. Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Responsibilities:
- Posting and allocating purchase invoices to the GRN
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing Supplier payments
- Raising sales invoices/credit notes
- Posting and allocating customer receipts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit checking new customers
- Chasing overdue sales invoices for payment
Qualifications & Experience:
- You will be an experienced accounts clerk - with previous ledger clerk experience
- Sound working knowledge of basic financial accounting
- Strong spreadsheet skills, particularly around excel
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
