Quality Supervisor
Reporting to the Installer Scheme Manager. We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee and support the onboarding and quality assurance of our installation network.
This role will work closely with our project delivery teams to ensure the safe and compliant installation of EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment), solar, and battery storage systems, in line with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support the quality and compliance of myenergi’s installation network.
- Conduct technical audits of installations, particularly for EVSE, solar, and battery storage systems, ensuring adherence to Wiring Regulations (BS7671), MCS standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to subcontractors and engage in on-site visits where necessary to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Take ownership of day-to-day challenges and ensure any issues are addressed promptly.
- Ensure that workflow processes, business systems, and standard operating procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- City & Guilds Level 3 - NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2391-52 - Initial and Periodic Inspection & Testing qualifications (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2382-18 - Level 3 Certificate in the Requirements for Electrical Installations (18th Edition).
- Experience in authorising EIC’s (electrical installation certificates).
- Good understanding of electrical practices, with a focus on EVSE, solar PV, and battery storage.
- Experience conducting site audits or inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Confident communicator, able to provide clear technical feedback to subcontractors and internal teams.
- Proficient with IT systems and comfortable using Office 365.
